Sri-Lanka-Rundreise: 14 Tage – Ostküste und hoher Norden
Die ganze Ostküste plus Jaffna, in der Jahreszeit, in der beides funktioniert: Tempel, Lagunen, ruhige Strände und ein Surferort, auf dem Rückweg eine Safari.Eine Sommerreise entlang von Küsten, die die meisten Routen auslassen. Die Tempel und Inseln von Jaffna eröffnen sie, dann folgt die Straße dem Meer nach Süden: die Buchten von Trincomalee, die flache Lagune von Pasikudah, die Lagunenstadt Batticaloa und der Surf von Arugam Bay. Eine Safari in Udawalawe und eine Nacht in Galle Fort bringen die Reise zurück nach Westen: Die Wälle sind nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit angestrahlt, und das Abendessen gibt es in der Altstadt.
